Get Biz Wise Limited is the controller for personal information collected through this website, our demonstration requests and our own sales and marketing contacts.

When we provide an AI assistant to a client business, the information callers give belongs to that business. In that work we normally act on the client's instructions under a written data processing agreement. The client's own privacy notice then applies to its callers. The exact role can depend on the purpose, and is agreed with each client.

We collect only what each form needs.

• Audit requests: name, business, email, mobile, website, type of business and where enquiries get missed.
• AI callback demonstration: name, business, mobile number and a record of your request (the wording you agreed to, its version, the time and the page).
• Website demonstration: name, business website and email.
• Partner and scorecard requests: name, business, email and the details you choose to give.
• Optional cookies and chat: only if you accept them in the cookie choices.

We use your details to reply to you, arrange the audit or demonstration you asked for, and keep a record that you asked for it. We expect to rely on steps you ask us to take before a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. The final basis for each purpose is being confirmed with our legal advisers.

We only send marketing emails if you tick the separate, optional marketing box. Leaving it unticked does not affect your request. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you using automated processing alone. We do not use client caller content to train or improve AI models unless a client has agreed a specific purpose in writing.

We use service providers for our customer-relationship system, telephony and AI voice services, website hosting and email. They act on our instructions. A full list of providers and where they process information is being confirmed and will be published here before launch.

Where information is transferred outside the UK, we will document the provider, the country and the safeguard used. These details are not yet confirmed.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Specific retention periods are being set and will be listed here before launch.

You can ask to see your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or move it to another provider, subject to legal limits. You can withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
