Complete, our recommended plan, costs from £595 a month with 500 phone minutes, plus a one-off setup fee of £1,695 at the founding-client rate (£3,995 standard). Over the 3-month minimum term that is £3,480 in total. If you only need the phone or only the website, AI Phone Receptionist starts at £495 and Website Voice & Chat at £395 a month.

Setup is done with you.
The setup fee covers discovery, conversation design, build, stress testing, client approval and supervised launch. Founding-client setup rate for our first 10 clients. The standard setup fee applies after that. Typically live within a few weeks, including testing and your approval.

Terms in plain English.
Get Biz Wise Limited is not registered for VAT. Prices shown are the total you pay; no VAT is added. Phone minutes reset monthly. Extra phone minutes cost 30p, with a warning at 80% usage. The minimum term is three months, then 30 days' notice. Website conversations are subject to fair use. Fair use means up to 1,000 conversations a month. If you regularly need more, we'll agree a plan with you first — nothing is charged without your agreement.
